Continuous Mixer is created by our company, which is a blend of continuously discharging type mortar mixer according to the proportion of feeding, watering and stirring as a part. It has many advantages of advanced performance, reasonable structure, mixing material rapid and uniform, low energy consumption, simple operation, easy maintenance, etc. It applicable to less than 8mm dry-mixed mortar materials on-site mixing, which can be satisfied with masonry, plaster, mortar ground, special mortars, self-leveling mortar and tiles adhesive. Compare to traditional methods, the efficiency improves significantly. It is composed of electromotor, reduction box, feed system, churn, mixing water system, electrical control system, etc. It directly installed on the bottom of storage tank, combining with mortar pump can meet the different conditions of on-site construction requirements. Traveling Mixer is suitable for small-scale construction site, produce wet-mix mortar on the scene is the requirement of building decoration and repair. Just Single-phase power can produce and easy to move, which meet the requirement of family decoration painting the wall or produce wet-mix mortar when do terrace. The amount of discharging of mixer is 20L/min.
